Broadnook Garden Village will be a modern, purpose-built community that feels like a village bedded into the land for centuries. With parks, shops, sports facilities and places to enjoy free time the aim is to create a thriving, connected, community feel. Located to the south of Rothley, Broadnook Garden Village is named after the ancient Broadnook Spinney running through the land. The development will have excellent access to nearby cities and towns as it is positioned just off the A6 and A46.
