Welcome to Grand Union Works!

Our newest office opened in April 2023 and sits alongside the Grand Union Canal at Whilton Locks in Northamptonshire. Designed by our Group Director Ben Arnsby, this flagship Head Office was originally a warehouse and is now a stunning open plan office with the latest techncology. The local area has excellent transport links with Long Buckby train station close by with direct services to London and Birmingham. The M1 and A5 are also a short drive away.

JPP Northampton is the base for many of our Civil and Structural Engineers as well as our Surveying and Geotechncial & Environmental teams.

JPP Geotechnical & Environmental News

Tuttle Hill, Nuneaton

JPP Geotechnical & Environmental have completed a ground investigation for Linden Care Homes at a former factory site which was recently demolished to floor slab level.

The ground investigation comprised of trial pitting with an excavator and the installation of ground gas and groundwater monitoring wells. A historic works building had been present on site for nearly 100 years and therefore the site was considered to have a high risk of contamination. JPP tested for a range of contaminants included metals, metalloids, PAHs, petroleum hydrocarbons, VOCs and asbestos.

Northampton School for Boys Careers Event

Ellis was a star at our recent Staff Development Day where he had to prepare a 2 minute presentation and share it with his peers. Awesome job Ellis and congratulations on completing your first year with us.
