Congratulations to Director, Toby Heath!

Toby is celebrating 16 years with JPP this month.

Toby started his career with JPP as a Junior Technician in 2007 and, after completing his HNC in Civil Engineering, he went on to become a Technician Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and a Member of The Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation.

Now a Director, Toby is responsible for leading all of JPP’s infrastructure teams; specialising in the design of large residential schemes, affordable housing, industrial projects and commercial developments.

Toby is a valued member of our JPP Team and we are so grateful for his hard work over the past 16 years.

Thank you Toby for making our business brilliant!

CPD – Unrivalled Access Solutions

Staff attended a CPD on Unrivalled Access Solutions. Thank you to John Alderman from EJ who delivered the ‘Introduction to Access & Drainage Solutions’ seminar.

The informative seminar was held at JPP Northants but our Poole engineers were able to access it remotely.

Congratulations to Matthew B, Henry, Ellis, Florence, Mitchell O, Alicia and Franklin who all attended and received their certificate of Continuing Professional Development.

Staverton Lodge, Daventry

Detailed Civil Engineering Design

JPP were originally appointed by Bellway Homes South Midlands to carry out the preliminary engineering designs to gauge the feasibility and cost implications of the proposed 140 unit residential development at Staverton Lodge in Daventry by setting the levels and drainage strategies and highlighting any constraints to the client prior to their purchase of the site.

After a successful and extensive preliminary works stage, JPP were appointed to progress their works onto the full detailed civil engineering design for the road and sewers accompanied by a full private drainage and external levels design.

JPP have carried out the following works:

– Section 104 Pack
– Section 38 Pack
– Section 278 Pack
– Section 106 Application
– Detailed Cut & Fill
– Private External Levels Design
– Private Drainage Design

Phil began his career at JPP as a Graduate Engineer in 1997 and earned his degree at Coventry University which is where our Apprentices now go to earn their qualifications.
